Ich bin Pontus Musa – ausgebildeter Hotelier (EHL Lausanne, Diplom mit Auszeichnung, Prix Evian), Eidg. dipl. Marketingplaner und Senior Executive mit \u00fcber 30 Jahren F\u00fchrungsverantwortung in Hotellerie, Gastronomie und Operations.<\/p>\n

Ich habe eine eigene Kaffeebar-Kette mit f\u00fcnf Standorten von null aufgebaut, als Managing Director und Mitglied der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung Schweiz bei der Compass Group Turnarounds verantwortet und Teams bis 150 Mitarbeitende an Hochfrequenzstandorten gef\u00fchrt. \u00dcber 25 Gastronomieprojekte von der Konzeptentwicklung \u00fcber die Bauherrenvertretung bis zur Inbetriebnahme realisiert – stets im Zeit- und Budgetrahmen.<\/p>\n

Was mich wirklich unterscheidet: Ich werde ruhiger wenn es schwierig wird. Ich sehe sofort was nicht funktioniert – und ich weiss wie man es \u00e4ndert. Nicht aus dem Lehrbuch, sondern weil ich es selbst gebaut, gef\u00fchrt, saniert und wieder aufgebaut habe.<\/p>\n

Meine Erfahrung reicht weit \u00fcber Hotellerie und Gastronomie hinaus – Turnaround, Aufbau, Projektrealisierung und operative F\u00fchrung funktionieren in jeder Branche. Die Herausforderungen sind immer dieselben.<\/p>\n
